Reporting illegal content
Under the EU Digital Services Act, anyone can flag content they believe is illegal or infringes copyright. Send your notice to Show email and we will review it without undue delay. Notices filed under the US DMCA are processed through this same address.
What to include
A clear notice helps us act quickly. Please ensure your email includes:
- A description of the content and why you believe it is illegal or infringing.
- The exact location of the content (the tablepods.gg URL where it appears).
- Your name and contact information.
- A statement that you believe in good faith that your report is accurate.
- For copyright claims: confirmation that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf.
What happens next
- We review every valid notice and promptly remove or disable access to content determined to be illegal or infringing.
- We inform the user who posted the content, providing the reasons for our decision so they have the opportunity to respond.
- Both parties can appeal by replying to us with additional relevant information.
If your content was removed
If you believe your content was removed by mistake, you can file an appeal. Please include:
- Your contact information.
- Identification of the removed content and its previous location.
- A statement detailing why you believe in good faith that the removal was an error.
- Your agreement to resolve any dispute before the competent courts of the European Union.
Abuse & repeat infringers
Accounts that are the subject of repeated valid takedown notices may face suspension or permanent closure.
Please note that knowingly submitting false or bad-faith notices is considered an abuse of this process and may result in liability for damages.
