Terms of Service

Updated June 14, 2026
The short version
In short: Treat others with respect and use the platform responsibly. You own the custom decks you create. The platform is provided "as-is", and during this beta phase, occasional bugs are to be expected.

Using the platform

These terms outline the rules for using TablePods. By using the site and playing our games, you agree to follow them.

You can play as a guest (no account required) or as a registered user. Guest sessions are temporary; registered accounts remain active until you choose to delete them.

Your account

You are responsible for the activity on your account. Please keep your password safe.

One person, one account

To keep the platform fair for everyone, please stick to a single account. Extra accounts created to bypass rules or restrictions may be closed.

Guest access

Guests can join rooms, play games, and use voice chat just like registered users. However, they cannot save decks or carry stats between sessions.

Acceptable use

To ensure TablePods remains a fun environment, please do not:

  • Harass, threaten, or harm other players
  • Use slurs or post hate speech in chat, nicknames, or the decks you create
  • Cheat, exploit bugs for an unfair advantage, or run automated bots
  • Spam, advertise, or scrape data from the service
  • Upload content you do not own the rights to (see our Report Content page)
  • Attempt to disrupt our servers or attack other users

Content & intellectual property

The TablePods platform - including the games, the software, and the interface - belongs to us. You may not copy, resell, or reverse-engineer it.

The decks and cards you create using our editor belong to you. By saving or sharing a deck on TablePods, you grant us the permission to store it and display it to the people in your game rooms.

Account closure

You are free to close your account at any time. We also reserve the right to suspend or close accounts that violate these terms - typically after a warning, though severe violations may result in immediate closure.

Liability

TablePods is provided "as is." We work hard to keep it running smoothly and securely, but we cannot guarantee zero downtime or that bugs won't happen. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses caused by service interruptions or the actions of other users.

If a serious technical or security issue occurs, we will communicate it clearly and explain how we are fixing it.

Changes to these terms

We will notify you of any changes that significantly affect your rights. Continuing to use TablePods after an update means you accept the new terms. You can always close your account at any time.
